Our behaviours are the result of our feelings and emotions ... for example we feel anger so perhaps we yell, insecure and we might control, upset and we become defensive, anxious and we worry excessively, stressed and we can't sleep, unsettled and we eat ...
Stored experiences in the subconscious act like a filter that produce these feelings.

Feelings are what make us human. However some feelings are unhelpful to our health and happiness.
And often unfounded.

Most counselling focuses on the changing the behaviour rather than the cause.

However if you don't locate and resolve the cause - old behaviours tend to come back.

As they say - 'Old Habits Die Hard!'

However there is a solution ... Hypnotherapy.

I have to say (hypnotherapy) was one of the best investments I have made in a long time. I am now working on my husband to make an appointment!

Unless change happens at both the conscious and non-consious levels - it will not last. The non-conscious will continue to 'undermine' what the conscious mind desires
