Resource Therapy enables you to discover more about yourself ... your strengths and weaknesses, and the resources you have that perhaps you are not utilizing to the fullest.
We are made up of many parts - and sometimes the wrong part steps forward in reaction to a situation, with unhelpful consequences. With RT you are able to change this, leaving you much more in control.
RT can also be a part of resolving issues or changing unwanted feelings, emotions or behaviours - as during the process you are able to identify if any parts are 'vaded' (see Resource Therapy).
With many however it is simply a standalone exercise that can empower you to be more effective in everyday life.
